Good morning BN. The smoke is still here but thinning out. It was 37 earliertoday, so long pants for now.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

Good morning from a sunny Ocean City Maryland. Today is day 1 of the 2 day thunderbird air show. We’re heading out for a stroll across Coastal Highway back to the inlet. We’ll head to the beach ( off of the condo pool deck) to stake our claim for watching the show. At 3:30 we’re going to Salted Vine Winery (about 15 mins away) to hear our local friend Heather Vidal play a 3 hr set. She plays a few places down here but they never match up with when we are here. We are fortunate that she plays a lot of places back home where she lives.

Good morning Bill and Linda. It's a beautiful day, supposed to be about 80 degrees and low humidity again. It should be a nice day at the Carolina Country Music Festival with Kenny Chesney headlining tonight. Not that I'll be anywhere near the festival site.

One of our local craft brewers is practically across the street from the festival, I wonder if they do a lot of business this weekend?

Good afternoon gang!
Good weather day here in Michigan territory for day. Tomorrow sounds like rain is finally coming with temps dropping 15 degrees or so to lower 60’s.
Finished up some yard work. Not sure what’s happening tonight. A tribute Tom Petty band playing down near Pine Knob around 6:00. Then again May just get the iPod out & fire up my own Petty concert!
Enjoy your Saturday Night Live gang! Remember, Saturday Nights Alright for Fighting, but then again it’s alright NOT too as well ☝️

Afternoon BNers

93 degrees now and going to continue getting warmer the next week. Too hot too early.

Got an early evening Astos game with the Guardians. They have lost 4 in a row...ugh.Yestetdays game went 14 innings. Astros would score and the Guardians would catch up. Hope they can get out of this slump.

Hi there! I wanted adventure eating at a dive bar called the Sportsman. It was recommended by a waitress at our regular bar. We were mislead about the food. but at least it was dark inside.

Congratulations! Does it feel like the time flew by? Do you ever miss it? I’m only three weeks in and it’s glorious! :D

One of our old favorites re-opened this season with new ownership and new staff. The kept a few items from the old menu but the menu is mostly new, too. We’ve tried it three times so far. First time was just ‘meh’ and the next two the service was just poor, slow, distracted, etc. Paid for our drinks and walked out on both those occasions.

It used to feel dark, warm, cozy. Now it’s lit up like a friking cafeteria. Music is hit or miss. We’ll give it a try again in a few months, maybe they’ll get their sea legs under them.

It doesn't seem like 14 years and I don't miss it at all. It's great getting up in the morning knowing I can do anything I want to do, or nothing at all.

I'm celebrating with a beer from your part of the country, Green State Lager from Zero Gravity Brewing in Burlington, VT.

Glass half full kind of guy that I am, maybe being dark inside is a good thing. You can't see if there's anything moving on your plate.
