Slow Start SATURDAY@ the MSC
Yawn..... Good morning BN. It's raining, so we don't travel today. I reminisced with a guy at breakfast about concerts we attended 30 years ago. That may be my social highlight today.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

Good morning Bill, and BN!
For the first time in months, we slept till 7:00!!
Off to visit Mom, liquor store, grocery store. Then E and I are celebrating anniversary dinner at "Elways". Fancy place that was started by John Elway. Cameron gave me a gift card at Christmas, and we're finally using it. Not a place we'd normally go, but looking forward to it!

Afternoon BNers
It is a toasty 92 but feels like 104. Ugh
I talked to my cousin in the Tulsa area yesterday and they have been out of power almost a week!!! And power was supposed to be return maybe this weekend. Wow. Makes our 13 hours seem like a walk in the park. Mostly she is bored and hot. Nothing to do. No a/c is the worst.

Good afternoon. Friends from here (he is a musician) who moved to Florida 2 yrs ago just sold that home and are now back here to find a home. They have been house surfing for a month and finally were able to put in an offer that was accepted. Since they have cash they will settle next week. They visited with us last night and said after 2 yrs there they never felt at home. Too far from other mutual friends so back they came.
I ran errands this morning after walking 2 miles at the local mall with a girlfriend.
Our sons family stopped by (a very rare occurrence) while I was out. He called after they left Kevin. Turns out we’re going to be a Nonny and PopPop x3 in January. We’re in shock but we always waited for the other shoe to drop with these 2. It did.

I'm going to the House of Blues tonight to see Kip Moore.
I'm glad it's not raining today, the last time I saw him at the House of Blues the line was around the building into the back parking lot where the performers park their tour buses. He came out of his bus and signed autographs and took pictures with people on line. There were 2 opening acts at that show. The line was so long I missed the first guy and the second guy had already started his set by time I got inside.

Molly - E's family in Broken Arrow were without power for 5 days, so they know how you and your were feeling.

I didn't hear of the storm that blew through OK. Usually the news covers all the damaging storms.
