I was wrong about the regular price of cherries being $5.99/pound. According to my receipt the regular price is $8.99. I saved $6/pound, my thrifty self likes that.

If your supermarket does the same thing ours frequently does, it is quite possible that they WERE $5.99 last week but THIS week they show the regular price as $8.99, so you think you are saving even more than you really are... Either way, $2.99 is still a great price for cherries!

Went to get my haircut, walked the mall instead of going to the park because it's 85 degrees and very humid, then came home and ate some cherries. They're delicious.

Hi there! After almost no rain since April, we have been wet. We were trapped in a diner during a Hollwood movie down pour. The wind whipped the rain sheets like a fire hose offscreen in an old movie.

I wish!!! But yeah, this getting older stuff is kinda rough. Seems like I've had more than my share!!
Surgery will be July 21st. Out patient, local anesthesia, should only take 15 minutes.
