Good morning, Linda. The air is so thick, it will impair my driving.

Good Morning Bill & Linda. Our Air quality alert is set to expire late tonight.....Time will tell............

Showers happening now but sun will peak out here & there today. A 30% chance of showers about the time the Santana concert starts tonight. We are sitting under the pavilion but we're at the back of it. Unless the wind is blowing towards the stage we should be ok from any rain spray.

Enjoy your 29th day of June everyone!

Good morning. It's 85 degrees already, headed towards 90 this afternoon. At least it isn't as humid as it was the last 2 days.

The Pelicans were pitching a perfect game through 7 innings last night but Charleston's first batter in the 8th inning got a hit so there went the perfect game and the no hitter at the same time. The score was 0-0 after 9 innings and the Pelicans won 6-5 in 13 innings. The winning run scored on a wild pitch.

Good morning Linda, Bill, Ken, and Larry! :)

Have a good time tonight, Ken!

Our skies are clear of smoke today, but storms are headed back this way again later this afternoon.

Work is here.

Afternoon BNers

Guess what? It is HOT!! πŸ₯΅
Feels like 105.

Astros managed to beat the Cardinals last night. It was touch and go but 2 homeruns helped.

Good grief...it is hot, even in the house. I was looking for a shirt to wear tomorrow and I am sweating. πŸ₯΅πŸ₯΅
My head is dripping. I need to go through my hanging clothes and get rid of a bunch. I still have work/dress clothes that I will probably never wear. Guess I should do that in winter...and get rid of heels too. If I try to wear them, I will probably break an ankle. πŸ˜΅β€πŸ’«πŸ™ƒ

Hi there! My PCP wasn't impressed with my skin cancer worry. He froze the spot and told me to keep him posted. I decided to wear UV protective shirts and face masks for now when fishing.Molly, I got rid of teaching clothes when I retired, but not my ties. They're loud, outdated and many in number. I'll throw them out sometime.

I was discharged from OT today Yay! I also had a PT appointment and then I made stuffed peppers for dinner tonight! I'm still getting better each day and I can't wait for the grandkids to get here on Sunday!

I got rid of so many of mine, also kept some in case of weddings/funerals/nicer gathering. But in recent years, we haven't been going many places that require nicer clothes.

Don't throw your ties away. Have soneone make a quilt.

Were heading to OCMD early Saturday morning and returning Wednesday afternoon/evening. Hoping to avoid the holiday travelers buy using this schedule. Condo owner friends will be heading down tomorrow and then staying until next Friday. Our great neighbor guy just stopped by to see if he could leave his mailbox key with us since he will be heading to the Finger Lakes for a few days. Oops -- sorry, we'll be gone too :)

OMGeeeeee. We just had a drink on the deck. It smells like someone is having a giant bonfire. Oh, wait, it’s Canada 😒. Our clothes actually smell like we’ve been at a campfire.

Have fun! Too many people out there for the holiday, and we only have Tuesday off from work, so we'll just be home. :)
