Good Morning Parrotheads! As of today....new state law here in Michigan!

Starting June 30, drivers can be fined if they are stopped for holding their phones up during a call, scrolling their social media feeds or any other phone use. The new law makes Michigan the 26th so-called hands-free state.

Guess it's time to check my manuals & see if I have some sort connectivity method that can allow me to talk the talk while I'm driving the drive

Happy Friday all. No 4 day weekend here for us. Just a 4 day week next week. Ready for the weekend to start NOW.

Good afternoon. We're supposed to have temperatures in the high 80s-low 90 through at least the 4th of July and the heat index could be as high as 110. Summer in the south, gotta love it. I guess I'll be staying indoors a lot.

Hi there! I had an early start fishing on a small resort lake. The big fishys don't like boat traffic and some started their holiday weekend already. The smoke seemed worse than yesterday.

Another hot day. We are having a cool spell...it's only 97.

We have tickets to see Mac Mcanally this evening. Larry hasn't been feeling good recently, so it depends on how he feels at show time. He is playing at a small venue about 5 miles from us... Dosey Doe. DD is a 100+ year old tobacco barn. Very cool.

I looked out back earlier and one of the houses in the subdivision behind me was getting a new roof. That must have been fun in the heat and humidity. But on the bright side, it's a 2 story house so maybe it wasn't as hot at the higher elevation.

Last night, Astros won 14-0. I was shocked.
Starting a series with Rangers tonight.

I pushed a mower on steep banks for an hour in the heat. It's beer time!
