So -- July 14 seems to be a very busy calendar day
NATIONAL TAPE MEASURE DAY
WORLD KEBAB DAY | Second Friday in July
BASTILLE DAY
NATIONAL FRENCH FRY DAY
NATIONAL NUDE DAY
GRAND MARNIER DAY
MAC AND CHEESE DAY
COLLECTOR CAR APPRECIATION DAY Second Friday in July
Just a suggestion -- if you decide to celebrate National Nude Day it might be best to do so at home (since there might be a law against nude in public

)

Good morning Linda. I probably won't be celebrating any of today's "Days". I probably won't be spending much time outside either, the heat index is already 100.

By coincidence I'll be making mac and cheese today. Perhaps I could also tape measure a world record kebab
while eating french fries to celebrate Bastille Day.

Hi there! I caught a big fishy on my second cast today and fished 4 more hours with no more takers. What a beautiful day! A kayaker had her small dog on the bow in a life preserver. On the way home there is a vista that had puffy clouds to the horizon.

Perfect, John!
Well, today is a s*** show at work. The timeclock died last night. So everyone who worked last night, today, and this weekend - I'll have to manually enter their time into their timecards.

Monday is that "close" day that I mention a lot. My head hurts already. And out "Help Desk" is so NOT helpful, so I have no idea when this will be fixed. Each shift it's approximately 20 people with 4 entries per day per shift.
The Denver area is going nuts, cause Taylor Swift is here today and tomorrow. No, we're not going.

When I was in San Diego back in 2015, I saw a rather attractive woman in a pink bikini on a paddleboard. There was a dog on the paddleboard with her. Lucky dog.

The House of Blues had Taylor Swift Night last Saturday. I stayed home.
When I still had a job, I met Taylor Swift once. She did a personal appearance at the NBC Store on the first floor of the building where I worked, she was going to be one of the performers at the Christmas tree lighting ceremony in Rockefeller Center. Christine asked me if I could get TS's autograph for her nephew so I bought a Taylor Swift CD

and got her autograph. I was the third person on line, if the line had been long and I had to wait Christine's nephew would have been SOL. Two things I remember about TS - she's about as tall as I am (I'm 5' 11") and she had great hair.

Aloha, peeps.

Wicked humid in Vacationland, forecast is same as ever, humid, cloudy, chance of storms every single day. Blah.
Opened the hot tub today. Meaning opened the lid after almost three years of storage/non-use. Def needs a thorough cleaning but not nearly as bad as expected.
