Good morning sleepy heads! I guess I'm opening the MSC in the Upper LH Corner this morning.
If you're retired, you can go back to sleep...
Happy National Tequila Day.

Good morning, Mel. I already had a nap and I'm off tequila.

Good morning.
The Pelicans pitched a no-hitter last night but it will probably have an asterisk in the record books. It started raining after the 5th inning and the game was called so it wasn't a full 9 inning no-hitter. The pitcher's last start was last Sunday and he didn't allow a hit in that game either but he only pitched 4 innings. This was their 4th no-hitter in the last 3 seasons. Three of them were home games and I didn't go to any of them.

Sorry, Mr. SPH. But I was at work for an hour already when you opened the café.

Just catching up for being out Friday afternoon.
The catching up isn't too awful, tho.
Near 100 today and tomorrow.

Big news, it's raining in Seattle! It's the first rain in 33 days; we're supposed to get as much as 0.13".
Last time it rained we got 0.17"... places in Vermont got as much as 10" last week.

Hello everyone!
So far a very Busy workday for me.
Trying to learn the new phone system.
And explaining that because you don’t need this or that paper for another municipality doesn’t mean you don’t need it here. Every local municipality is different. Just like speed limits, vehicle regs and taxes vary from state to state.

Afternoon BNers
We are at EPCOT and the strangest th8ng happened
We were sitting at Living with the Land resting and fooling off. A cast member was walking from table to table telling everyone to stand up and GET OUT! They were evacuating the building! The whole building plus the rides. They sent us out the back door. We were concerned about the scooter but we were on the ground floor. One more chapter to the weird and wacky trip.

We have a brewery that opened last fall and I've only been there once, about 6 months ago. I thought I'd go there today and sample a couple more of their beers. I got there about 1:00 and the place was closed. They open at 11:00am Tuesday-Saturday, they're closed Sunday and they open at 4:00pm Monday. I guess I should have checked before I got in the car.

Hi there! It's weird to walk through rows of Christmas ornaments in July at Hobby Lobby.
The Christmas Tree store chain is closing. They had fun summer stuff.

Yes, they did! Actually, they had "decor" for all seasons and holidays, and for reasonable prices too... I will miss that store.

We heard/read on fb that either someone threatened a cast member...no idea what that consists of.
Or
Someone threw up in line at a water ride inside the building. No idea why they would evacuate the entire build plus the one next door.
Just part of our odd trip. As long everyone was safe
One heart warming event I saw. Minnie and Daisy were out doing a meet and greet. A young girl was in line with her family and she had sight problem and a white cane. Both characters and their handlers were using sign language to communicate with her.

.
