Good morning BN. It's raining, so we will lay low today. We had breakfast with a younger couple who have a side business selling appliances and furniture buyouts. I felt old listening to their work schedule.

Good morning Bill and Debbie. We had some rain last night and there's more in the forecast today so this might be an indoor kind of day. Maybe I'll watch one of the movies I have saved on my DVR.

The Pelicans are on a roll, they won 9-1 last night to bring their winning streak to 5.

Hey Everybody!

Our son's home was without power from 9:30p.m.-3:00 a.m. when they got hit with a nasty storm.

We are looking at a SUPER HUMID day because of that same storm. Kevin is brewing a Scottish Ale in the garage -- it's probably 15 degrees hotter in there than outside even with the door open.

Other than that we've got nothing exciting going on -- friends will stop by later tonight for a visit but it will probably be too uncomfortable to sit outside downstairs in Calamity Cove with the fire place going.

Today is National Chicken Wing Day. The closest I'll get to Hooters is drinking my coffee from my Hooters coffee mug that I bought at the original restaurant in Clearwater, FL.

Today my Larry is 75 years old! How am I married to someone a quarter of a century old!!!

It rained on and off most of the day. It stopped a little while ago and I went downstairs to get my mail. It's like an oven out there it's so hot.

Had a nice time at the pool, laundry is done, Kevin's beer is in the brew bucket where it will sit for about 2 weeks.

Honey Sesame Chicken is in the crockpot and we are waiting for the rice to finish cooking.

So we're at my Sister's, been a nice time.

Their internet IP address is blocked. It's nothing they have done, but someone who shares the similar IP address who was bad. So I turned off my internet so I could post.

No Mom visit today. First time in years (unless we were on vacation or sick. I just couldn't see in the condition she was in.

Steaks, salad, and onion rings for dinner. It's been a beautiful day.

Hi there! Today was a wash, except for an hour of intense lettering. I like cutting out lettering,painting not so much.

Good late evening gang. About to put a bow on this Saturday Night…..and I Ain’t Got Nobody! Lynn is dog sitting this weekend at her nieces so I’m solo.
I picked up my nearly 16 year old grandson earlier on & we went out for pre movie supper, before taking in the new Mission Impossible movie.
Now as the midnight hour is fast approaching I’m trying to get into Saturday Night Live. As usual, I just don’t find it funny anymore and am about to click on to something else.

Wow ! I pretty much missed Saturday. Not much went on -- I spent a few hours at a pool and then a couple stopped by to catch up. (they are PHs that we met through our daughter/SIL's church family).
