Help locating some sources

Hi all,

I'm hoping to find a source of Jimmy discussing the story behind Chanson Pour Les Petites Enfants. Apparently some kids delivered him coffee and croissants and on his boat he showed them the Wizard of Oz for the first time. He talked about this interviews, but I was wondering if this story is in any books or magazine articles?

I'm also looking for sources regarding the Perfect Margarita Recipe treasure map. I know it appeared in the Parrot Head handbook and apparently was in the May 1985 issue of the Coconut Telegraph. Does anyone know of any other sources where the map appeared?

Jimmy has told the story about Chanson Pour Les Petites Enfants a number of times in concert as an introduction to the song, I do not know if the story is in print in any of his books

Pretty sure JB mentions it briefly in APLAFifty referencing the "Children of the Moon" (Moon is their sailboat).

Mishka is the "reggae star" and I have seen him open for several of my favorite artists and solo as well. He's a great guy and appreciative of the minor success he's received from Jimmy's story. Heather Nova is Mishka's sister and her music is more rock/pop oriented.

There is/was a youtube clip on Margaritaville's youtube page with of Jimmy and Mishka sitting down and discussing that morning in the harbour of St. Barths.
