After a day at the office we wander back down to Pine Knob tonight for an 80's show. Headliner being Boy George & Culture Club. Supporting acts include Berlin (Take My Breath Away, No More Words) along with Howard Jones (Everlasting Love, Things Can Only Get Better, What is Love, No One is to Blame). If you weren't part of the 80's new wave music craze back then you have NO IDEA who I'm talking about

Enjoy your Friday funday gang!
WOW, that's a GREAT lineup!!
How was the show?

E FINALLY got home last night. Flight was late, due to weather. He was starving when he got home, so I made him a little dinner. Took my Melatonin a little too late, and I was drowsy when I woke up this morning for work. So I stayed home today. I went back to sleep around 6:00 and woke up at 10:00. :o

Just been watching TV and doing some laundry.

Mom is no longer responsive in any way. But her body doesn't know it's time to quit.
Glad E made it home safely. I know having him there is always better & even more so now.
You needed an unscheduled day off.

I hope it's not too much longer.

Not bad. Terri Nunn of Berlin kicked azz & connected real well with the audience ….Howard Jones did a nice job but taking 3 minute songs & stretching to 6-7 minutes got a bit old. Boy George relatively chatty but again connected well with the audience. Set list ran a little hot & cold though. Too many “bathroom break” type songs late in the show made you wonder if it was worth it to stick around for encore. 🤷‍♂️ We actually did not as it got chilly late last night & Lynn started freezing. I told her I could dial up Karma Chameleon on the iPod for the trip home so it was all good
