Drizzly morning in Vacationland. Will spend a few hours on hold so I can challenge some short payments and outstanding balances on medical bills. When I win - and I will - we’ll head into town to celebrate.

For me, Friday is the fastest arriving... it seems like I'm always saying "is it Friday again?"

We actually have rain in the forecast for tomorrow and the next day. We could sure use it, for so many reasons; but on top of everything else, yesterday we had the dirtiest air in the world due to the smoke from wild fires just north of us in Canada and in Eastern Washington.

Back to work, all you productive members of society.... gotta keep Social Security funded!

Good Morning Gang!
So my buddy & I decided this weekend we are heading out again this fall to roadtrip away from Michigan Stadium to catch a College football game in another part of the country. We will be ventuing to SEC land for the 8th time. Destination Oxford Mississippi & a visit to the Grove at Ole Miss for a game Sept. 29th vs. LSU. Secured our tickets, airfare, hotel & rental car so the logistics pretty much in place.
Our last trip was in 2019 when we went down to Aggie land in College Station Texas & with the helpful guidance of TexAgGirl91 (Janice) as she helped us enjoy the many sights & sounds of the town & University. A fun fun time indeed! Hopeful this trip to Oxford will be at least on par with that one.

Ironically, SPH our runner up destination was the Oregon @ Washington game but the logistics (flights) just didn't work out. Maybe another year

Good morning. Today is the first day of school, even though the high school football season started last Friday. The heat index is supposed to be back over 100 this afternoon.

Left sister's place early this morning and they're on their way back from their mountain getaway.

Work is work.. I need to put a wall up around my desk cause they're all annoying me today.

I actually took a pic this morning of my feet propped up on a barstool beside my coffee cup with the Gulf in the background. Sent it to a few friends with the caption, Not a bad way to start a Monday

Too bad: UW vs Oregon is a heated rivalry and Husky Stadium provides a unique backdrop,... 70,000 fans can't be wrong.

Awesome! That's why that game & that destination was a prized one. Always looking for the unique or special stadiums...plus a big rivalry game is always appreciated. Have been to Neyland Stadium in Tennessee which is on the Tennessee River & their Vol Navy is pretty impressive also!

For the first time since we got home from FL, I left the house. It is 101. Not feels like but actually temp!

I have email again. Something happened to my email and I have not been able to open it in about a month. Anyone want to help me delete about 1500 useless emails?

Hi there! I came home from fishing to find the bifold pantry door off it's track. An hour of dealing with the unruly object, I quit. After dinner I watched videos and found I was doing it WRONG! The top pins popped right in. The doors worked, but later I found it was still out at the bottom! It can be fixed another day!

I worked on the Cleveland logo and listened to RM.
