We shouldn't need this National Day....it should be every day but.....
NATIONAL BE AN ANGEL DAY
On August 22nd, National Be an Angel Day encourages good deeds and kindness to others. By supporting those in need and inspiring others to kindness, we display an act of an angel here on earth.
The day also recognizes those whoβve been angels to us. Sometimes we have a terrible day. Whether its bad news or poor planning, we all have them. A kind word, a hug, or even a pleasant atmosphere makes a difference.

On our way to the neurologist again. This should be the final appointment with the results of the last 2 MRI'S. But I've been having some extreme pain in my shoulders and upper arms, so I'm gonna ask him about that.
We dropped Bryan's car off at the mechanic on a our way out of town. So that is taken care of. We need to stop by the local habitat for humanity resale shop to schedule a pickup appointment for the sofa we want to donate. We'll do that on our way home.
Happy Tuesday.

Good morning.
Vegas Golden Knights tickets go on sale today. I misread the schedule when it came out last month, their Dec. 23 game against the Florida Panthers is in Florida, not Las Vegas so there will be no hockey game for my Christmas in Las Vegas trip. On the bright side, they have home games the day before and the day after my birthday so I can go to Vegas in the spring and celebrate. It will also be the 24th anniversary of my first road trip to see a Buffett show, he played in Vegas on my birthday in 2000.

Thanks Doc! The neurologist has done all tests that he can and neurologically I'm good He has referred me back to a rheumatologist to get the low down on the shoulder/arm pain. He thinks it's something called Polymyalgia Rheumatica. Unfortunately there's not a specific test to diagnose it and treatment is long term steroids, which makes my diabetes spike....so I got that goin' for me....

(((Tammy))) I feel for you, kid. Steroids damage my eyesight, so none for me.

Watching the Astros/ Red Socks game. So far, 3 Boston people have been ejected...coaches and players. Wow.
Just wrote a longer email to Dollar Tree corporate. The stores are sooo hot. There is very little a/c. I usually can't shop the whole store because I get so hot. Everyone complains. A few times, I have overheated and thrown up. Ugh. Anyway, I let them know this area with 100+ degrees needs more a/c. Doubt it will help.
Also did some laundry and now fighting off mosquitoes. They love to chew on me.

Oh my, (((((Tammy))))) Hope all the medical appointments can find some sort of resolution.
Slightly exhausted tonight. LONG work day. Happy haircut, but got me home an hour later than normal time. Started a load of laundry (didn't do any at my sister's house this weekend, so about 5 more loads to go. Made E some dinner. Cleaned up dishes/loaded dishwasher. The the most annoying (but necessary) is loading day/night pill boxes.
A few more Mom calls today for financial things. Not too many things left, but it's so tiring.
Time to hit the couch for TV watching, then bedtime.
