Good morning, all!
Yep, I love doggies! Just don't have one - apartment too small to have.
Weird not to be getting ready to go to Mom's.
Have a good Saturday!!

Good morning Penny. I like dogs too but I don't want one.
It was Dinosaur Night at the Pelicans game. In honor of it they wore a new jersey, it said PELISAURUS REX on the front with a small dinosaur on it. I didn't like the design. They played a lousy game, lost 10-8. The center fielder for the Kannapolis Cannon Ballers is from Japan. According to the roster he's 5' 6" and weighs 150 pounds. He looked smaller than that.

My big dog is at the groomer today and I have washed her bed and dishes.
The loveseat has been delivered and looks great

Getting some chores done around the house in preparation for having Bryan's family over for Labor Day next weekend. We're also going to go pick up the grands next Saturday so they'll be here too! We'll be recording the first Buckeye game of the season and then watch it when we get back with the kiddos.
Sending you hugs (((Penny)))

Morning Penny, Larry, Tammy & BN.
I love dogs of all shapes & sizes but I prefer the large breeds! I say that but yet we have a medium size mix and 2 smaller than average beagles
Hug your dog a few extra times today if you have one!
Last full day here. Starting at a Mexican restaurant across from the condo for bottomless mimosas

Then on to spend the day in Clearwater. It has been a great beach week with hotter than normal temps & 2 days breaking records
((((Penny))))

There's something of historical significance in Clearwater, the original Hooters opened there in 1983. And yes, I have been there. On my birthday 5 years ago.

Afternoon BNers
Guess what? It is another 100 degree day. Ugh
Astros got beat by Tigers last night.

There is about a month left in the season.

While I definitely consider myself a cat person, I do like dogs... other people's dogs specifically!
But sadly I have developed allergies to both, and therefore cannot have either in my home. I can only endure them for short visits...

Good afternoon. I was going to a pool today but a good friends (ocean city md condo owner) has a mom on the last few hours of her life. Vicki was cleaning out her assisted living cottage and I offered to help. I can always go to a pool tomorrow. Moments helping a friend who’s going through a hard time are more important.
We’ll head to church tonight so our Sunday will be completely open.

Hey, y’all!
Love doggies, always had them growing up. Current beast is 10+ years, adopted him from a shelter at 12 weeks. He’s a smart, funny sweetheart.

We did not make it to Hooters, however my traveling buddy is Melissa. You met her when we were in your area a few years ago

I remember having a dog in the home I lived for 10 yrs. Her name was Tina and she was a very large all black Newfoundland black lab mix.
When Kevin and I had 3 different dogs over 28 yrs. Always large ones who were great with our kids and their friends. I always wanted a Great Dane and we looked into a rescue before we decided to move to our townhome. Probly a good thing we didn’t get one
