I'm at another doctor's appointment with my PCP. I need new scripts written. (Good thing the scripts are for meds and not a tv show)
Then I'm going home to do a few chores and I think I'll surprise Bryan and make something sweet. He loves cookies but I have a big bag of blueberries in the freezer I want to use. So I'm scrolling recipes

Good morning.

I had a doctor's appointment this morning. Last year my cholesterol was borderline high but the doctor didn't prescribe any medication, she said I should just watch my diet. When I went back in March my cholesterol had gone down and today it was even lower. She told me to keep doing what I've been doing. I guess that means I should have a beer with lunch.

I'm having lunch at a Mediterranean restaurant, my first ever. I'm having an Israeli beer, also my first ever, Goldstar Lager. I hope the food is as good as the beer.

I had red shakshuka. It was good and it wasn't as spicy as I was expecting, the menu says it has jalapenos in the sauce. They also have green but that's a spinach based sauce and I don't like spinach.
