Well, no boats leaving from Colorado today, but we could hope. ;)

Have a fabulous day, if you can!

Good morning Penny and Shannon.

Yesterday was a doctor's appointment, today is the dentist. At least this one is closer, I can walk there in about 5 minutes.

I forgot to mention this yesterday. The Mediterranean restaurant I went to for lunch is in the spot that used to be Cheeseburger In Paradise. The decor is much nicer now.

Hey Larry!
Ha- And I bet the food is better too. Although, in it's early days the food was pretty good at CIB and Margaritaville. I haven't been to a Margaritaville in years though. I try to frequent locally owned places that give off a JB vibe if I'm close to the beach.

I was in Gatlinburg in August and ate at Jason Aldean's restaurant and it was ok. Not great. They didn't have a good beer selection.

There is a great restaurant in Newport Tennessee near Gatlinburg called the Sunset Grill and they have the best filet and shrimp I have ever eaten and it is hole in the wall. It's insane how good it is.

I actually have toyed with the idea of putting together a BN reunion near there at my moonshiner friends distillery sometime next year. I know they would let me. It's a perfect location. There wouldn't be a charge to host it at the distillery. It's a great gathering place. A hotel right across the street. A place for a band at the distillery. It's not expensive and people could fly into knoxville which is about 45 minutes away. And then Gatlinburg is close by for touristy stuff.

That sounds like fun, Shannon! :) E and I are planning a trip back to Galveston in April, and this time look more closely at housing options. It's the area where we want to retire to.

Hi there! My boat left and came back to the same dock today. Only 2 pontoon boats moved on the little lake.

I am still trying to convince our township mgr that we need a “wall of stupidity”.

Too many calls.

Today’s winner was a lady asking what we can do about the ducks that have been walking across her property and pooping on the sidewalk. When she was told we don’t monitor ducks she asked if we could do something about the clover in her neighbors yard that is spreading into hers 🙄
