Morning BNers
Beyoncé is in Houston and the town has geared up. This is the first time she has played in Houston in years. She is playing Sat and Sun. Downtown bars have decorated with neon, silver and gold balloons. Bars are opening on city roofs. Fireworks are readied.
She and her Mom, Tina Knowles are donating a housing area for low income families. They are really doing alot for Houston.
Anyway, I can not wait until she hits the stage tonight. She is going to blow the roof off the venue!

Good morning Molly, Bill, and BN!
No Beyoncé here. Sounds like she's doing similar things that Taylor Swift did around the cities she toured.
It was
17 years ago today that E and I got engaged.
We're off to the grocery and liquor stores this morning. Perhaps a stop at our favorite Brewery to celebrate the beers they entered at GABF (Great American Beer Festival), which is HUGE.

Good morning.
It was supposed to rain yesterday but for most of the day it was just overcast, damp and windy. About 7:30-8:00 last night it started raining and holy crap did we get slammed. I went to bed a little after midnight and the rain was still pounding down on the roof and against the side of the building. I don't know when it stopped overnight but now it's just overcast and windy, no rain. And it's supposed to be 82 and sunny tomorrow.

Morning BNers again.
Sorry to hit ya'll with Beyonce this morning. It is just the only topic of conversation in Houston. You would think she is a Houstonian...she is.

I probably can't name more than 2-3 songs.
Not only is she at NRG but the Astros are in the same area. Downtown is going to be a zoo!
Btw...Astros lost last night. They went from leading the division to now behind Seattle and Dallas.

We were in the upper 40's this morning. Nice chill, and heading to mid 70's today.

Ugly here.
Had our church community group girls over for breakfast. 2 days in a row hanging out with girlfriends. Laughter does a body good x3.

The UW Huskies play the Cal Bears today, but not until 7:30 pm. I guess that's good on all counts, I don't have to watch reruns on the telly tonight and I can work outside today. We're supposed to be get hit with an "atmospheric river" for the next week, so if I'm gonna get the lawn mowed, it's gotta be today.
I went and got a flu shot and COVID Booster #4 today; The pharmacist wanted to put both shots in one arm but I got one in each arm so that, if I have a reaction, I know which shot caused it.

Good afternoon gang.
Excellent show by Brass Transit band last night. If you’re a Chicago music fan highly recommend seeing these guys if you get a chance.
Watching football today as others are. Our Wolverines weren’t overly impressive in victory today, but we’ll take the W & move forward.
Hope everyone enjoys their Saturday

Hi there! Part of my happy today was cruising while listening to RM. Book on the Shelf played. Two years ago at Blossum, I teared up over that song. I must wonder how Jimmy was doing when he wrote the song.
