Yes it means when a consenting adult wants a T shirt, I paint one.

I've seen examples of the consenting adults that you've painted.... you paint T-shirt too? :wink:

Funny thing, I painted on about a thousand PHolks at tailgate, but never painted a shirt on anyone. :lol:
