I double-checked to make sure I was at the MSC and not at the Jimmy Buffett Discussion .
A few work hours and then off to Saranac Lake, NY in the Adirondacks for a few days. Looks like they are still getting rain the entire time we're there.
I guess our luck with bringing good weather expired after our visit to MBSC last month.
My day is pretty much shot today, I'm driving my neighbor for cataract surgery but we don't have to leave until 12:45. Oh well, at least there are 2 preseason hockey games on TV tonight.

Still trying to get things in order after weekend football trip to Ole Miss. Then Monday night was the Mac concert. Tuesday was chore catchup day & night, before picking up Lynn at the airport that evening. Yesterday to put it bluntly.....I was wiped out.
Today I am refreshed & ready to rock the end of the week. We were supposed to go to a beer festival down in Indiana but after Lynn's week in Cancun SHE'S not feeling the weekend in Indy, so we bounced out of that & look forward to just keeping a low profile.

And we get to do it all over again next week. She has cataracts in both eyes, getting one done today and the other next Thursday. When I had mine done last year it was only the right eye.

I remember when my Mom had hers done about 4 years ago. One at a time, too. It was quite the success, although with the dementia, she did NOT like wearing that plastic cover over her eye.

So can I assume your TV provider settled that Disney kerfuffle so the NHL will be on? Fingers crossed they did, and this is not just a pre-season one-off for you!

Spectrum and Disney came to an agreement a couple of weeks ago so ESPN is back on my cable system, but that wouldn't have mattered tonight. The other half of the NHL'S TV contract is with TNT and both of tonight's games are on TNT. I was more concerned with opening day next Tuesday, ESPN has 3 games.

Is that including Vegas’ opener Larry? I’ve been in football mode & barely peaked at hockey yet.
