Peanut Cluster FRIDAY @ the MSC
Good Morning Everyone!
This day is NOT for Larry or me .
NATIONAL PEANUT CLUSTER DAY
March 8th is National Peanut Cluster Day! Melted chocolate mixed with peanuts makes a perfect combination for sweet and salty deliciousness!
Two things had to happen for peanut clusters to even exist. First, a method had to be invented for the cocoa bean to be processed and transformed into what we know as chocolate. That process wasn't widely used until about the late 1890s and just about the same time the second extraordinary thing happened; agriculture found a way to grow the peanut and bring it to the public with steel tools and steam power.
---------
After work yesterday I emptied out moms fridge & freezer. Then I disconnected 2 TV cable boxes & her internet stuff & dropped them off at Comcast (her cable/phone was around $300/mo). She has a small cell phone which she isn't happy with but that's all we can do for now. We'll get comcast to add HD & the Tennis channel to her room account but that won't be near that $300.
I have a few things to do today -- head to AAA and inquire about renters insurance during the time we go to settlement (May 6) & our move out date (June 28). Then I need to drop off mom's medic alert return package at the post office and then food shopping.
Next on the house is the buyers scheduling an appraisal (they did not request any inspections). Our MB realtor has our agreement of sale and is going to reach out to the builder to see if that will entice them to release the plot plan earlier than they said (which was the 1st week of April). We doubt that will work but she's going to give it a try.
Enjoy your Friday !!!

Good morning, Dave, Debbie and Linda. Another busy time in Ringville.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

I'm working today. Wishing I was still in bed. I had a restless night last night.
The middle daughter texted a picture of her certificate of completion for a course called Legal Nurse Consultant. She's decided that given the workplace issues facing nurses, that she needs to try something other than direct patient care.

Good morning Linda, Deb, Dave, Bill, and Tammy!
A bit of snow/ice overnight. Not a lot of snow, but the ice was hell to scrape off the windows.
Good luck on all the latest stuff, Linda. We have renters insurance though State Farm (also auto insurance) and it costs us about $12 a month, which we pay annually.
SO ready for the day to be over - usual dinner at Dukes tonight. Shopping tomorrow, and DU Hockey.
Is it 3:30 yet??

Morning . Back to Physical therapy sessions today. Tomorrow 4 hour antibody treatment marathon. At least no rush hour traffic.

Hiya Moooogy! Good luck and all that stuff! I would have been happy to miss rush hour traffic this morning.
Oh, and I love eating roasted/salted peanuts. But not in my chocolate.

Good evening. I had an early appointment to donate platelets this morning then I went out for lunch when I was done. When I got home I took a nap, I'm not used to getting up so early.
Anyone want some peanut clusters? I left mine on the table.
