That is what I'd truly like to be
This morning I was just an in-betweener
Now everyone will be in love with me

I never thought of dogs as being tasty
I never thought they'd be such a treat
I never thought that I could be this hasty
But I've fallen fast for all this processed meat

Layers and layers of spices and dishes
Are finding their way to my mouth
Layers and layers of mustard delicious
That taste oh so good going down south

Bar-be-cued is so good I want to cry
Why would I ever want to fry?
I think I'll eat right off the grill unnoticed
And chase it down with can of ice cold beer
I like to eat 'em hot when I can focus
Before everyone is sitting right out here
