Has anyone else done this? and any advise? Should I back up the cut out parts with some more material before I piece them together? Some of the t-shirts are old, and rather thin..
My Mom made a t-shirt quilt for my son and, yes, there's 'backing' on the t-shirts so they're not flimsy. I most definitely did not inherit the sewing gene from my Mom so I have no advice other than to check at your local JoAnn Fabrics or similar sewing store...I'm sure they can help. Good luck!!!
BTW, this thread more than meets the daily requirement of grins and laughs...keep up the good work!
I went by the laundromat/drycleaner the other day, and saw someone playing matchmaker with socks. Maybe I should go that route... "Matchmaker, matchmaker, make me a match..."

I've been enjoying a fling with the white one, but it's the gold one I could get serious with. I've never had a relationship with anything of that color before...time to step outside my comfort zone, I guess.

I'm considering taking up with a southern historical shirt of 1860's vintage. My current shirts are appalled and threatening to secede from my closet.....

Been dating a yellow Boat Drunks T-shirt since Howie from the Boat Drunks took it off and handed it to me one night while we partied at the NEPHC...but I'm thinking I might be ordering one of these....
I wore my new personalized SNOWPARROT shirt (with my Critterville minigolf logo on the back) to Detroit.
But I have an exta shirt I'm offering for a date (preferably a long-term relationship): it's a Critters Tour 2008 shirt, long-sleeved, dark (burgundy) red. The size is "large", but it is a Medium at most. (and I'm not ). PM me if you'r interested. I'll even measure it to make sure.

I get some of my shirts at Kohl's too, can't beat the sales! Those shirts are a little quiet for me. I prefer a shirt a little more outgoing.
I'm freezin up here in Buffalo so I'm looking for a nice warm hooded sweatshirt to date right now . probably my favorite Yankees hoodie and I can go out on the town
