Philly M'ville Delayed Again

Once again there's an announcement of a delay for the Philadelphia waterfront project: "Penn's Landing project groundbreaking uncertain". This time it because of the bankrupcy of FAO Schwarz. The article does mention that Buffett's Margaritaville is one of two tennants to lock in. Now they are saying spring 2005.

WTF...........are they ever gunna open this friggen place?? well I guess we can look at this way,hopefully he will keep touring until they finally get this thing open AND YOU KNOW I will be in the crowd THAT opening night.. ..how does a big company like FAO go under??...alotta good the movie "BIG" did for them hahaha
