Hi. I posted a message on the aug 20 starlake show saying not to buy tickets from Victor. He is nothing but a freaking ticket agency selling lawn seats for almost a 300% mark up. This is crap. If you buy those tickets please don't write in and say how you hate TM and brokers etc. I have never once stuped that low and never will. This was the first year I got shut out but still managed just the other day to pick up a pair of lawns for 60. More than I would have charged but 40 less than an agent. Furthermore, I saw tickets today go up for 45. So dont support these jerks in anyway shape or form. They are robbing us true parrotheads.

What exactly is a true parrothead?

Replace the word true with the word cheap.

Just a little honesty.

Hey anon, you wouldn't be Victor or some other agent or scalpor by chance would you??? How come only you anon people are negative on this site. Keep selling your tickets for 100 a piece, I won't be buying them and neither will any TRUE parrothead. I hope you get burned and can't get rid of em, but I am officially done wasting my time replying to anon messages from here on out.

I would like to THANK Victor...

I picked up lawn seats for Alpine from him through the agency for $5 over face value for myself and four of my friends after I got shut out by Ticketmaster.

I tried everything I could to get tickets, that's what a "TRUE Parrothead" does. I probably wouldn't have paid $100 over face for them, but if I had that kind of money, I guess I wouldn't have to worry about it.

Liz...I agree its not a bad deal....However Vic bought those tix for 37.50 each.....and selling them @ 50$ each is a 12.50 profit per ticket......Not 5$ over cost! Its still not a bad deal considering others are selling them on Ebay or the exchange for 75$ each or $65 each.

Mrrumpunch~

Just for your information,

Vic listed tix for Alpine lawn at $40 on the Ticket Exchange. I think they came to about $45 with fees and shipping.

I know he's making a good profit with all the tickets he's selling at this brokerage, but I was willing to pay, and I don't think I got ripped off. Ticketmaster sold out, I had to get them somewhere else. I can't and don't want to complain, I'm just happy I get to see Jimmy this year.

His ad says $50 a ticket......after the fees he paid from TM. I dont think he is ripping anyone off at all.....he is making some profit on them...after all he is a Ticket Broker. $50 for a lawn seat is NOT a bad price at all! Like I said...some people on Ebay are charging $66 to $75 a tix so $50 from Vic is not a bad price.

I am trying to get a pair of lawns for Camden. I would jump at the chance to pay $60. for them. I can't find them for less then $100. Too rich for my blood. I personally don't find a $10-15 mark-up at all unreasonable. I would probably kiss the salesmens feet.
