Ok I'm at least a part time blonde, so I can get away with this...
This dumb blonde gets pulled over while driving home. The cop asks for her license and registration. "I don't know what that is" she insists. So the cop says "your license. That's the little card that has your photo on it and gives you permission to drive. Your registration is that piece of paper that proves you own this car. Now show them to me."
She still doesn't have a clue and insists she doens't know what he's talking about.
So the cops thinks to himself "let's just see how dumb this chick is!" He whips out his "you know what" and sticks it in the window, aimed right at her face.
She says, "OH NO! Not another Breathalizer test!"
