Tailgating in Camden?

Does anyone know about tailgating in Camden? Last time I went to a Buffett concert, the gates to a parking lot close to the Tweeter Center (right below the Ben Franklin Bridge) were open around 12 noon.

However, with all of the recent construction in Camden (new ballpark, etc), and having read some e-mails about possible decreased tailgating at the Tweeter Center in Chicago, I wasn't sure what times the gates would open, and whether or not the lot I tailgated in before was still there.

Any help would be appreciated. I am going to try to call the Tweeter Center in Camden tomorrow as well, and I'll post whatever info. I get.

I'd love to know too. Especially since it looks like we may be in for some heavy rain tomorrow - any resaurant or bar parties that you guys know about Thursday afternoon?
