I was subject to a SCAM of 15 tickets for Thursday nights show in Camden, NJ by TICKETSUPFRONT.COM. They are adverdtised all over the web, AVOID them at all cost. Even the manager of the tickmaster will-call office told me they were a scam. All I can do now is work on trying to get my money back. They took me for over a grand, don't let them do the same to you.

Please explain exactly what happened with this agency. I just looked at their site and it appears they are a legit broker.

I called prior to when tix went on sale, they said they could fulfill my order. I paid them via credit card, and the tix were supposed to arrive 3 - 10 day prior to the show. Call multiple times and they kept postponing the deliverly date. The tickets hadn't arrived as of the day prior of the show, and I called. The said they would be at will-call. Will-call did not have them nor was there any representitives from Ticketsupfront. I called on Friday after the show to sit on hold AGAIN for 20 minutes. They said a refund will be issued. However, I still have not received one. You are better off getting your tickets elseware. The total loss a possible grand, missed the show, rented a bus and took off work for two day, hours of sitting on hold, poor customer service...

Just an FYI - dispute the charge on your Credit Card when the bill comes. If you've already received the bill/charge, I believe you have 60 days in which to dispute it. If it's past that time, then try contacting the CC company for assistance. It still might work! The CC company must take your dispute, as goods not received, and take the complaint to the issuer. If they can not provide validity of the charge, your CC company must reverse the chage. Hope that helps!!

What SMLCHNG said plus... make sure you put all of your communications (disputes) with the credit card company in writing. Don't depend on phone conversations with the broker or credit card company to be documented or hold water.

Just my two cents. Hope it helps.

I know what you mean about Ticketsupfront.com as I had the same problem with them. I used them for the past three years without a problem...the tickets were sent to me about two weeks after I placed my order. This year was awful. I also spent about $1000 AND ordered them in the middle of March. I called every day for two weeks before the concert and got a different story about my tix...when I got to the Will Call line it was filled with irate people with printouts from the company. Luckily, I found the jerk ticket supplier about five minutes before the show stated. He had no identification from ticketsupfront...just a cell phone and a list of names written in pencil. The only reason I found him was because he was surrounded by an angry mob of screaming people. On one of my milllion phone calls someone slipped and said the box office would not handle the order from the company. I think I only got my tickets because my big buddy screamed in his ear and got in his face. One lady was going to sue for every song she missed. I missed out on a shore house for that week waiting for fedex to come to my house! can't help wondering if the people who bought lawn seats for 179 got them more easily than I did. thanks for letting me vent and let me know if there is going to be vengance!!

Watch out for these guys! I got tickets and two times they told me they were in-hand and would be sent and nothing. Now they tell me they will be sent 3 days before show!! I cancelled with my cc company and got tickets elsewhere. They will say anything to sell a ticket.

We used ticketsupfront for the Cincy show. Made the order months in advance. We called 4 days before the show and sat on hold for 20-30 minutes. Finally got through and they told us we would have to pick up the tickets at will-call. They also gave us a contact name & number for the day of the show. Well, will-call wouldn't let them leave the tickets but we did meet the guy elsewhere. The tickets were not where we were promised and 2 of the tickets were terrible seats-way right of the stage. Will not use them again :x

It appears our friends at Ticketsupfront.com have gone out of business! Their site has been down for a couple of weeks!
