Jalapeno Margarita & More......

1 1/4 oz. El Patron tequila or your favorite
3/4 oz. Triple Sec
2 oz. Hot and Sour Mix*
Dash of jalapeno Tobasco Sauce
Lime slice and whole jalapeno for garnish
Place all ingredients, except the lime slice and whole jalapeno, in a blender; blend to mix.
Pour over ice and garnish with the lime slice and whole jalapeno. If a frozen margarita is preferred,and one cup ice to the blender with the other ingredients. Serves 1
*Hot and Sour mix
To one quart of sour mix and 4 large jalapenos, stems and seeds removed, diced; let steep for at least 24 hours.
HOT CHOCOLATE FOR ADULTS ONLY
1/2 C. chocolate chips
3 C. milk
1 C. half and half
1/2 C. sugar
1/2 C. rum
1/2 C. almond or hazlenut liqueur
Whipped cream and cinnamon sticks
Melt chocolate over simmering water. Combine milk, half and half and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a simmer (so that bubbles are just beginning to form around the edge of the pan). Very slowly add about 1 cup of the milk mixture to the melted chocolate and mix thoroughly. Pour chocolate mixture back into remaining milk mixture. Stir in rum and liqueur. Pour into mugs and top with a dollop of whipped cream and a cinnamon stick. Serve at once.
Recipes sound good, although I haven't trried them yet. Enjoy!!!
