find out that you accidently ran the culprit(s) over in a blinding rainstorm?

Assume that your response leads to only one of these conclusions:
The capture of the culprit(s) leads to common American justice in a court-room.
The accident leads to the confirmed death of the culprit(s),
but no more information comes out of the case (i.e., we never find out why).

I suppose just to satisfy the more"creative" ones out there I could insert option 'C' = Other

The most recent victim is from Philadelphia, so it's gotten even heavier coverage locally. And last night, a white mini-van was following me down a dark road for a while. Normally I wouldn't think twice about it, but this is too damned creepy !! This is insane. As must be the guy (guys?) doing it

I'd collect the money, have a party and invite all my BN friends, flying each and everyone to the party which, by the way, will be located in some warm tropical climate. Then I would buy a new car. Stock some in some sort of savings. Pay for keet's college. There's just sooooooooo much I could do with 300,000.00
