Pitch to BONDS?

I don't think so. The Angels have a good pitching staff and can get other players out. Don't take a chance with Barry unless they have a big lead.

Depends on the situation, but I have never been a fan of the intentional walk. Just hit him with the pitch, joking!

High and tight, let him try and rip it!

pitch to him, pitch to him.... but a walk gives Santiago more chances to keep his hero streak going...

RWM, I can't see passing him in the WS, with Santiago behind him it's more of a reason to pitch. Just can not give him anything middle to outside. Got to cram him, he can still jerk those out of the park, but it's a shot!

It seems like a no win situation. Santiago is on fire and, well, Bonds is always on fire. The Angels should win the Series because of their hitting. The question is, do the Giants pitch to Kennedy?????????

Just spent a few minutes comparing stats, the teams are VERY even in hitting stats for the reg season...

If the Angels pitch to Bonds then they are nuts. History doesn't remember how you win the series, just the team that does. When the list WS winners is printed ten years from now, there won't be an astrick stating *they didn't pitch to Bonds.
GO HALOS![/i]

They shouldn't have. They might have a 2-0 lead if they hadn't. But it's fun to watch him crush the ball.

Yes, pitch to him and hit him right in the melon with a fast ball. Maybe it'll knock the cockiness out of him. Did you see when he hit that homerun in game 3? He didn't start running the bags until after it cleared the fence, he just stood there and watched it. What a jackass, they still lost though.
