Yes i am a hippie 20 years to late. The doobies dont light up there is nothing to protest im a over 14 victim of fate. Arriving to late
I do think you need to change the first line to '40 years too late'. If you had been born in '48 instead of '88, you would have been 19 years old during the 'Summer of Love' and 21 just in time for Woodstock.
Then again....be careful what you wish for. You might very well have been drafted and sent to Vietnam. I still have the POW (Prisoner of War) bracelet that I wore throughout the early 70's. I prayed for that guy every day.
Maybe you should just 'Love the Now' instead.
