So what is it about Alaska that makes all those wonderful musicians shy away from Alaska?
Where else in the US can you get a glacier tan in July or watch the nothern lights dance across the sky and tickel the mountain tops on a winters eve.
Or a legitmate excuse for being late to work is " A moose was asleep in my driveway and wouldn't move."

How come the Coral Reefers never come up here?

coral reefers in Alaska
One reason maybe low population.You don't see many musicians in Montana or Wyoming either.I haven't been back to Alaska in years.I was born in Sitka, Alaska.

Hiya PM! I wish you were still in Michigan so that we could enjoy the Pine Knob concert together this summer. 
I heard Jimmy say tonight that he was doing a concert in Australia soon. If he can go that far, maybe Alaska is a possibility too.
And since Alaska couldn't even summon enough snow for the Iditarod this year, maybe you'll be about to sprout some palm trees there soon.

Yes, Creeky, he said it during the concert last night! I swear it!!! 
He dedicated Boomarang Love to the folks in Australia, said they would be heading there soon (didn't say exactly when) and that, "We have a great fan club there."
I thought of you right away and really hoped that you were listening to hear him say it.

I am still skeptical it will happen, as he has cancelled out here before!
