That sounds about right, Matt... and they usually post the prices the day before the sale date, from what I remember.

MGM is no help, last year after the tickets went on sale for Vegas I called them and asked about the Buffett Preparty in the theme park and they told me they have no knowledge of Buffett performing at MGM, I told them I had tickets in my hand and they again said we have no knowledge of Buffett performing at MGM.

Matt..there were also some $35 and $25 seats last year...the $25 they were located behind and to the side of the stage....and the $35 were upper and as far from the stage as possible....I was on a very limited budget last year and I sat in the $35 section....but for both Saturday and Sunday. In todays age of BIG Screens....unless your sitting in the first 20 rows....it's all the same.

we had 25 for the second show, they weren't bad right at the side of the stage, balcony, the stage doesn't have anything blocking the view, these are the first to be sold out, the 150 seats, which we had for the first, were also right beside the stage, but right down within ten rows. great seats
the 150 seats, i believe, were still around for weeks after they went on sale

MGM isn't to big compared to ther indoor venues, there really isn't a balcony. It is s nice place to see an indoor show.

It's nice to know that there will likely be some cheaper tickets available. For alot of us traveling from out of town it is quite expensive to travel out there as it is. I can't wait for this experience, from what i've heard, its a blast to see him in vegas.

See ya all in Vegas!

Ouch! I was going to try and get floor seats this year. I guess not. How can they justify a $50.00 increase in one year? That is ridiculous. I guess it is our own fault, we just keep bending over and paying. This will ensure that Jimmy keeps his place in the top grossing acts of 2003. Too bad we can't get everyone to boycott once so they would keep ticket prices in line.

OK I am done with my rant :D I am still excited for the trip. And it will be well worth the money spent.
