Check out this for New Jersey on TM:

THIS EVENT WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE INTERNET TO CUSTOMER LIVING IN THE STATES OF PA/NJ/DE ONLY. THE TWEETER CENTER AT THE WATERFRONT IS LOCATED IN CAMDEN, NJ

TM did this for Bruce Springsteen in Atlantic City, but did not restrict phone sales.
