Shut Out of Great Woods

Post by SilverChain »

Five phones....three computers...one person in line....all equals no love.

Shut out of Great Woods for year 5....I think I may have to go to a broker this year...it's getting desperate.

<sigh> gonna go find a shot of jose to drown my sorrows in.

let me count the ways ticketmaster screwed me. Got right in a 10 and had 3 seats section 3 row J (damn good seats) after I hit submit to charge my credit card it said there was an error (of course there was an error it's ticketmaster). Got right through again section 4, yup you guessed it an error. Finally got through and had it processed correctly on the third time. Went from 10th row to last row in the pavilion. I guess I shouldn't complain. Got completly shut out for Saturday :(

6 people with 6 phones and 2 computers. I got through on the phone at 10:05 and was on hold until 10:25. At that time I was told that BOTH SHOWS WERE SOLD OUT.........TOO FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!

I've been there the last 4 years and will somehow have to find a way.

This may not have been anyone else's problem and maybe it didn't effect mine but I got errors on the first 2 times my order was processing so I turned off my firewall and the next time it went through in a couple of minutes. Maybe it had nothing to do with it but next year the firewall is getting cut off at 10.

I think the answer is standing in line with as many people as you can get spread out to get as many numbers for the raffle. We did it in Natick with three of us and got four tickets for both shows. No luck with the phones or computers and also found that ticket master was very slow at the store aswell. All i can say is try the week before the show as trhey will release tickets. I have done that twice and made out very well.
