Did this happen to anyone else?

I tried for GW tickets...got to the final screen and it came back with an error...continued to try but never got past the "wait" screen. Today, I got an e-mail from ticketmaster saying that my tickets have been printed and are being mailed out! Too good to be true???

Kitty? It happened to me a few weeks ago with the Dallas tix... had 4 all in a row... then I got the error message.. so I ordered 4 singles.. GUESS WHAT?? I got ALL 8 tickets!!! And the first 4 NEVER showed up under my order history on TM's website.

Happened to me when I tried to get Orlando tix. Thank goodness, AF got extras for Miami.

Congrats!!! Sounds like you're in. You can call your credit card company to see if the charge hit as an extra precaution, but I'd say you're all set.

The exact same thing happened to me last year for Alpine. No one in my group got them, we were all totally bummed. Then out of nowhere that "new e-mail" box popped up and we had 'em!

Same thing happened to me today for Bruce Springsteen tix that went on sale the same day (Mar 8 ) as JB tickets...was a pleasant surprise, I hope that it is not a mistake...

Funny you should mention that. I was originally able to get 4 tix to the Thursday GW show (so, I disappointed a few friends by not having enough tix). Today, I received an email message indicating my 4 tix are being printed out and sent. In addition, my wife got a similar email for 4 additional tix. She and I were trying from different locations/accounts. At the time, she mentioned that all she kept getting were Tickemaster error messages.
Fortunately, our friends will be happy. Unfortunately, they weren't for the Saturday show. Still hoping for Saturday tix (trying to swap Chicago tix for GW ... no takers yet).

The first part happend to me too - last year! I got in, had the seats for GW (even wrote down the seat #s) and got kicked out. But no tix were to follow.
I worked e-mail and finally got a response from someone who seemed to have an interest in the problem. They said they were unaware of the problem and would look into it. They never offered me tickets though!
Maybe this is the fix they implemented.

you would think with their stupid $9 per ticket 'convenience fees' that it would be a little more convenient to buy tickets. how come no one competes with these clowns yet?

an update...I did get my tickets in the mail!!! 8 pavilion for Thursday GW!!
