What's Up With That?

I've seen several posts for ticketmaster problems. Just another story in a long line of phan disappointments. Seen JB since his backup appearance w/ the Eagle's in '76. Been hooked ever since. Back to my trouble w/ tixmaster. Updated all info prior to on line sale to GW for 8/28. Filled out ALL the required screens, saw the specific 4 tickets and the total price due!!! Submitted entry and received the dreaded "ERROR" messsage. That was the kiss of death. Have contacted ticketmaster numerous times and they stated it must have been my system? Anyone else have similar experience? What's up with that?????????????????????

Same thing happened to me trying to get tickets to Springsteen (I am still working on Buffett at Greatwoods since I struck out with Ticketmaster). I had 8 seats in Section A1, Row 33, at Gillette stadium. I picked the delivery method and the next screen gave me an error message. I have read about other people experiencing similar problems elsewhere on this site. Some have said they end up getting e-mails from Ticketmaster saying the tickets have been printed. Cross your fingers.

Hey there,

I had the same problem....Luckily I got an email from TM last Thursday saying my tickets have been printed and I received them in the mail on Saturday...maybe they are still working through those errors...don't give up all hope yet....

DAMN TM though... What is the "convenience" that they provide us for $8/ticket??? They charge us $40 to place one order?? they should be arrested for grand theft
