Alpine On Sale Date and Time

Post by Mplsfins »

From the Alpine Web Site:
Jimmy Buffett & The Coral Reefer Band

June 28, 2003 - 8:00PM

On Sale April 12, 2003 - 10:00AM
$ 36.50 Lawn
$ 66.50 Pavilion

Tickets available at the Riverside Theatre – Alpine Valley’s official Milwaukee outlet, all Ticketmaster locations or charge by phone at 414-276-4545 in Milwaukee, 608-255-4646 in Madison, and 920-494-1414 in Northern Wisconsin, and 312-559-1212 in Chicago.

It appears the on sale time is 10am not 9 am as the tour page shows.
I will try ticketmaster and get a confirmation and update when I find out.

According to ticketmaster the on sale time is 9am.
In the Twin Cities area I was told there will not be a time delay regarding
the sale time. If anyone in Wisconsin can verify with Alpine the exact time it would be greatly appreciated as ticketmaster says 9 and the Alpine site says 10.

I don't even think my local outlet opens until 10...the lotto is at 9:45 then they line ya up. I'd be suprised if the tickets went onsale at 9, unless they don't want the chicago and alpine to go onsale at the exact same time...normally it would be later than 10 when this is the case, not eariler...

I can't find anything for the show on Ticketmaster, but I would guess the Alpine website is the right time. 10 seems like it would be the typical on sale time, but then again it may be 9 with all of the other shows going on sale at 10. If anyone hears anything definite let me know! Good Luck!

My keet lives in Milwaukee and called the local number. The on sale time is 9:00 am.
Hope this helps!

Thanks for all the info. I guess we all will be logging at before 9 and if the tickets do not go on sale try again at 10.
May the Fin God's be with me again this year.

Chicago radio spots for cc.com say "due to popular demand, 2 new shows have been added (added? sha right! alpine has been scheduled all along! but anyway) to the Tiki Time Tour... 6/28 Alpine and 8/23 Tinley Park... both on sale 10am Saturday."

cc=clear channel=ticketmaster I would assume this is correct info as it appears in a radio spot, but one never knows.

Side note: Hey mplsfins - are you affiliated in any way with last year's "celestial sistas", aka the "alien girls"?

We parked and partied right next to the Alien girls in the parking lot.
Did not know them before we arrived there. Lots of free drinks from those ladies. We even helped the Margarita Princess and the Tiki Bar with their costumes.

Hey Tiki. I was helping you not kill people dancing before the show. I was holding your bar and helping you adjust it and stuff. You probably do not remember me. I had a Coconut bra on, grass skirt, shark hat, and sunglasses.

Oh ya, that guy! I remember you! :lol: :wink:

I appreciate you helping me not kill people! Security didn't want to let me in because my bar could be used as a weapon! :o :wink: I was experiencing a few technical difficulties while dancing... the integrity of the cardboard was failing due to a few too many spills!
