Alpine On-Sale Time

I know there was a post on this a couple days ago, but Ticketmaster has the on-sale time as 10am. I know originally we thought it would be 9am, is 10am official now?

I spoke with a Ticketmaster rep. at 10:27am CT and she assured me that they go on sale at 10:00am on Saturday.
