Know how ya pheel. What a blast! Just found this site Friday which reminded me that the show was the next day, I had forgotten about it due to what I thought were high ticket prices. Got some good advice from an old PH bud, who told me scoring a single ticket can often be pretty easy. So I went for it. Got a 75 for 30 at 6pm at the MGM. Had almost too much phun there...Went to the bar at the back left corner. Bought a 4 ticket beer, tipped a buck, asked about a shot. Tender said, they're too expensive. I said ok, what's a better price...he poured my one and said whatever I thought. Gave him 2 tix plus another buck...Ran into some great folks from Washington, and the fun spooled up a notch. Went back to the bar for more shots. Gave 'em $5 and four tickets for four shots, errr, 5 times...Show was awesome, smaller venue than I expected. Looking forward to the next one(s)! :pirate:

Well its a good thing I don't live too close to Vegas, because I'd be bankrupt my whole life. Never had experienced gambling + alcohol, and learned that they don't mix too well  Oh well, at least I got to see a great concert. Lovely Cruise was a great ending, but once again I was disappointed that Migration wasn't thrown in there. Maybe he'll work it in on the west coast swing!

Hey Rasspy Baby, Sure was good seeing you again. I'm assuming your home and safe. WOW what a weekend. The friend I brought ( his second concert ) couldn't believe how friendly everybody was. I can't agree more.
Man I get home and it's raining and cold. I might need to go back to VEGAS BABY 8) 8) 8) :pirate:

Holy Crap!!!!! That is all I can say!!!! The Vegas concert was my first Jimmy concert EVER! I have been a phan for 12 years, a parrothead for 9. I cannot say enough about the friendly people I met or the energy Jimmy had on stage! This was without a doubt the best time I have ever had in my life. I knew I would cry when Jimmy came out but I did not expect to sob. I have waited so long to see him and last night just proved to me why. The guy is absolutely wonderful. There are just 2 problems with my having gone to the concert. 1 is, I thought that going to a concert would cure my longing to see Jimmy. Wrong! I want to see him again and again. 2 is, I listened to part of his new CD today and cried every time a song came on I had the absolute pleasure of hearing last night. Those experienced parrotheads out there, does this end anytime soon?? I am worried!! HA! HA!
