They try and join in singing the songs and you overhear "Why don't we get drunk in school!" (yep, it happened!)
They're laughing at all the cars and vans on the interstate decked out in lights, sharks, surfboards, etc. that they see on the way to the concert -- and then they're shocked when we all pull into the same parking lot!
While standing outside the hotel in Vegas waiting to get inside, wearing your parrot bra and grass skirt, the guys in front of you ask "Are you part of the show?"

Well, this one can't be mentioned enough (true): bring in a 'cool' DJ for their little dance marathon in the parking lot & said DJ plays Abba, Village People, Barry Manilow & other horrors-from-the-seventies numbers at a deafening level, & all the little doofuses dance to this. I'm still having Copacabana flashbacks...only antidote is listening constantly to 'we are the people' & attempting to have the right sort of flashbacks --cajun martinis & afternoon golf.

They think it is really clever to TOW in a charcoal grill to the pre-concert festivities! Of course, the truck towing the grill has got FINS and shark teeth painted on the sides...

we sat in seats this year at great woods. in our section it was all the people who got "free tickets" from somebody. during the thurs. night show, our section (i am ashamed to say) was the one that was sitting down! jimmy didn't play "all his big hits" and they were "tired and bored" can you all believe it!!!!!!! i actually heard people say this stuff! go figure!!??
