I have a question for anyone who have been to the DTE theater in Detroit, can you drink in the parking lot? Here is what they say on their site: "The parking lot opens at 5:00 p.m. for most shows or 2 1/2 hours prior to a matinee show. Barbecuing is allowed on paved areas of lot. No open alcohol on the lot. No re-admittance to the lot. Parking for disabled guests is located outside the east entrance to the facility. "
If I recall from past years they really don't care, am I right?

The rules just don't apply the same for the Buffett concert. Alcohol is no problem as long as you keep it in a plastic cup. With all the BBQing going on it is going to smell like an international food festival and if it is anything like previous experiences, the gates will open between 12:30 -1:00 due to the hoards of Parrotheads clamoring to get in.
WooHoo!!! 4 days from this moment I'll be looking for my seat!
Not that I will spend any time actually sitting in it.
Any volunteers to record this one for me?? Pretty please??

It was near panic when Buffett News "disappeared" earlier - I hated the thought of listening to the concert without the benefit of all the entertaining chatter here - can't wait for tomorrow night!

I tried to record the fogelberg concert Saturday night, but the sound quality blew. That eliminates the excuse that a lot of people are tunning in and eating up the bandwidth. Any thoughts?
Oh and I forgot HI ALL!
Enjoy only 35 minutes or so!
