This song has been on the Smack DOwn COuntry Rodeo on WMZQ (DC/MD/VA)... it has beat Dolly Parton, Keith Urban and one other... I dont remember... but first night it won with 64%, the second with 74% and teh third night with 88%... were going for 100% of the votes...

"It's 5 O'clock Somewhere" swept the US99 Listener's Choice battle all last week... putting it on the wall of fame. The contest airs nightly at 7pm pitting 2 new songs against eachother for listeners to vote on, with the winner advancing to the next day.

I like Alan anyway, so this duet will prompt a sale from me when the album comes out. Wonder if they'll team up at eachother's shows to play it live?
