Hey yall....I was listening to Remittance Man this morning on the way to work, and got lost in Fingers solo. Then it occured to me that I wasn't really sure of why they parted ways. What happened between them? Is there any chance they could hook up together again? If anyone knows it would satisfy my curiosity greatly! LOL maybe we could come up w/ some plan to get them back together!! Anyways....thanks again and PHINZ UP!!!!!!

We've been over this many times. Needless to say there is little to no chance that Fingers will be back. Can someone help and find one of the old strings.

i did a search in the discussion...but nothing related to the split came up. maybe they were posted farther back than the search would go....LOL its probably that i'm a dumba$$ and didn't use the search right

Well...
Considering it happened BEFORE the 2000 tour (and several board iterations ago) it may be to far back for the search to pick up.

Long story short...
They disagreed. (Supposedly about family on tour and side gigs) Jimmy wouldn't budge. Fingers walked.
