FRANK!!!! Great to see you here! San Diego has all the ingredients for a mini-GW, but you're right, there's no place like GW on Labor Day Weekend! Come on back home for the weekend! :D :D :D

Plyparrothead,

I'm sorry to hear about your continued shutout!!! Keep trying to get tix on TM; they do release tix sometimes. LAst year, I got section 3 tix on day of show through TM, so it does work!

My wife and I are travelling all the way from England for the Thursday show. What I'd like to know is:

Is there any kind of transport laid on to ferry people from Boston to GW and back? We will probably be staying in a hotel in Boston. I could drive to the show but that means no beer or tequila which would kinda ruin a unique experience.

If not, does anyone know how practical it is to get a taxi from GW after the show? Or are there PH club "outings" we could tag along with?

Thanks

Alan

Here's a blurb from the Tweeter Center site. It's a releatively long distance, so a cab would not be the best mode of transportation. Lot's of folks use limo/car services to safely get them there and home without worry. I'll defer to local club(s) for other options. Welcome, and have fun!!!

There is a commuter rail between Boston and Mansfield. Please visit www.mbta.com, for schedule information. There is no public transportation between the Tweeter Center and the Mansfield Rail Station. Taxis are available. The distance is approximately 2 1/2 miles

Has anyone finalized their mode of transportation for the shows yet? Anyone have any new boats...planes...hot tubs or other devices which will liven up the party??? You will see me with the Radio Flyer wagon filled with Coronas.
