Ok, boys and girls.. hopefully this little reminder of the board and PHJim's 'rules' will help many of us.. PLEASE!!!! Right click over your avatar... go to properties... and check the dimensions. If it's more than 140 x 140 ? The pic you've chosen needs to be resized. Or you need to chose a thumbnail size, rather than a full size pic. Purty please??? Those of us with small monitors or laptops? It makes us have to scroll to the right just to read the posts.

Just signed up, and working on avitar. I have one out there now
but uploaded one to the photo gallery that I would rather have
(didn't know that needed approval B-4 it would show (probably a
good idea as kids may look here) Can I link to it from there?
The one I uploaded was a smaller image of this one to keep it
within the required size.

Yes, you can link it from the photo gallery once it's approved. That can take a day or two, or up to a week.
