For all the "Chesney's going to be the next buffett&quo

Post by Bamafan »

I attened a free concert by Darryl Worley tonight. And to my surprise the first encore he did was "Margaritaville". He did the song great and when he got to the "That frozen concoction that helps me hang on" line he stopped the crowd to say it, the first time they didn't say it and then he tried it again and everyone said it. I was leaving but i sung the whole song as loud as i could as i was. :D

He's not trying to be Buffett, he's just a great country singer who happens to also be a parrothead. There is no way Buffett's style could not have an influence the type of music Chesney creates.

I guess spelling other words right and punctuation are not important though!

I can't "belive" someone can't spell believe! Talk about off-topic.

I have heard of Darryl Worley, and he is pretty good. Maybe not the next Buffett, but pretty good. :)

having been to a few Kenny Chesney shows, they do have a very 'buffettesque' feel to them...the laid back attitude, good tailgating, great music...will definately be someone i'll have a hard time not going to see in concert
