OK... here's how it is. I'm a bartender, and as everyone knows, every bartender has his signature drink. This is mine, The Best Margarita Known To Man (And Woman) - the "BMK", for short.
Don't tell me yours is better, especially if it's served on the rocks, or without SALT, or (gasp!) "frozen"... the margarita is a true "cocktail", served in a "cocktail glass" (think: martini), with salt on the rim and a wedge of lime.
Try it, you'll like it.

You'll need...
shaker glass (14/16 oz)
stainless steel shaker
cocktail strainer
juicer
mixing spoon
small dish (larger than rim of cocktail glass)
cocktail glass
lotsa ice
Ing -
Sauza Blanca (white) tequila
Dos Reales Gold tequila
Couintreau
Rose's Lime Juice
1/2 lemon
1/2 lime
lime wedges
sugar
kosher salt
Fill dish with kosher salt.
Fill cocktail glass with ice, then fill
with water. Let stand while you mix your drink.
Fill shaker glass with ice.
Add juice from the 1/2 lime and 1/2 lemon - strain through cocktail strainer.
Rinse the strainer.
Add 1 shot Rose's, 1 shot Couintreau, 2 shots white tequila, 1-1/2 shots gold tequila, and about 1/2 spoonful sugar.
Cover glass with steel shaker.
SHAKE!SHAKE!SHAKE!SHAKE!SHAKE! (5x)
Set on the bar so that drink sits inside
the steel shaker, not the glass.
Dump icewater out of cocktail glass. Shake off excess water.
Wet rim of the glass with juice from lime wedge.
Dip rim of glass into kosher salt. Tap glass lightly to remove any excess.
Shake cocktail once to mix, then strain into the
chilled, salted glass... Garnish with a lime wedge.
KEY POINT: DO NOT OVER POUR! The big mistake everyone makes is to overfill their glass so that the salt runs into the drink. DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!
Good luck....
