That would be so cool, but i wonder if it would be a recent concert or just a reissue of Live by the Bay or Tales from Margaritavison? :D

It would great to FINALLY get a dvd from JB, I hope it is some unreleased material, but the price is low so I am assuming it it a re-issue of Tales from Margaritavision, I hope I'm wrong.

That's rather cryptic, isn't it? WHATEVER it is, it costs $9.98. 8)

well , here is my thought on the price. we dont know what the dvd is yet, and i doubt that amazon.com really knows as well. that is probably a price that they just put up for now until the details of what it is becomes available.

There were some signs posted near where they scanned your tickets about a video being shot. There was a specific name for the video however who remembers that after watching Jimmy play a great show that night!

My only guess to what It could be, is an unauthorized biography of him. I have seen these for sale on Amazon before, and for around that price. Dont wanna sound like a jerk here or anything but do we really think Jimmy would put out a DVD for 9.99??? Tales from Margaritaville and Live By The Bay both cost like double that, and thats on VHS. Thats just my idera of it. Looks like we will have to wait til they have some more info for us.

Does anyone remember seeing a few cameras up front, as in the front row, at the same place/show they saw the signs posted about video? I ask this because I read a few years ago where Mike Ramos said that they were thinking of releasing a video that revolved around "what it is like to sit front row for a Jimmy Buffett concert." Also, remember in "Tales From Margaritavision" they talk about how they went to Key West a long long time ago to make a movie called "Starring Jimmy Buffett"? Hmmmm......I can only speculate, but I sure as heck hope it's not a "re-release" of a previous video.

I was at the Chicago show. I missed the signs but was in the pavilion way before the show started and was checking out the sound/lighting set-up about half-way back. I noticed that they had about 8-10 video tape recorders set-up. I knew they were recording for something and I know they don't need that many to show the tape that is run on the big screens during the show. Heck, you could do that with one machine.
