section U 18.....

Post by mason »

.....if you were at the show, and you were sitting in the first 3 rows , did you really pay $200 to sit on your hands duiring most of the show, until time for m"ville? you were right where jimmy could see that he was not going to have to pay too much attention to his stage left. therefore he focused on the crowd out front and the people in U 19, who were letting him know in a big way, that they were there. if you were in that row, please share with us about why you would sit and be emotionless during most of the show.

.....more rants coming....

Just a guess, but I'm thinking that those people don't even know this site exists.. It always stinks when the real fans have to sit behind people with too much money in their pockets and no interest in what's going on...

So, I assume from the 6 (or was it 7) different topics you decided to post that you're a little upset with the Vegas show?

I have a feeling that the buffett news population will make up for any emotionless spectators. We dont just go to the show, we are part of the show, perhaps a freak show but a show none the less.

My group was sitting in L204, and the whole section was standing throughout the entire show(for the most part). But the section to the right of us, L206 I believe, was sitting all night long  The whole section looked like they were bored or something. Anyone in L206 or U206 want to explain?
We used to laugh at Grandpa when he'd head off and go fishing. But we wouldn't
be laughing that evening when he'd come back with some whore he picked up in
town.

I say, "To each his/her own". If people want to sit down and be mellow during the show, that's up to them. They paid for the ticket, let them do what they please.

In my opinion though, they are sure are missing out on some fun by sitting the the whole time!! :P

Maybe all those folks just took a wrong turn and
thought Bubba was the opening act for someone else...

Maybe that was the wheelchair section. Or, maybe those tickets were bought by folks attending the dwarf/midget/little-person convention, and they were standing!

the people at shoreline, do stand for most of jimmiy's shows. when there is a lull, like the acoustuic guitar set with mac, then there is some time spent sitting.

Had no problem in section L209. I was soooo tired from not sitting all day I could barely walk out of the MGM. Actually, from where I was I did not see anyone nearby sitting at all :)

Was an awesome concert and very happy I was able to make it. The pre-party was a good time even though I never found the Buffettnews sign. I searched high and low. Now looking at the posts it seems the sign never made it to the pre-party. Well, it was a great time and Vegas is a very cool place. I WILL be back

One more thing...what was the Surprise Jimmy kept speaking of during the show???

The only surprise I noticed was his hurry up and leave at the end of the show. ????
