A Big step for the Virginia Parrot Head License Plates

Great news! As the plate's sponsor, I received the prototypes in the mail on Thursday. I've approved the plate and returned them to DMV yesterday. Once they receive them the design will appear on the Virginia DMV website. The only things holding us back from having the plates issued are the required 350 prepaid applications. As of October 16th I have 186 applications in hand. Over halfway there! Let's get that number up and get these plates out!
